Who's this for?
This program is for driven, self-motivated girls—from 7th through 12th grade —who want to get stronger, build confidence, and elevate their athletic performance. Whether you're in-season, off-season, or pre-season, we know there’s no real break for committed athletes—this is your space to train year-round in a supportive, high-energy environment.
Program Details.
In-season sessions focus on maintenance (1x per week), while off-season training offers unlimited access to maximize performance gains.
The program follows the NASM Optimum Performance Training (OPT) model and the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA) moving through structured phases that focus on proper form and technique of foundational lifts before advancing to power and Olympic-based movements.
This progression is designed to enhance athletic performance, build strength, and reduce the risk of injury-from either lack of strength or overuse.

Meeting Days: Training sessions meet Sunday through Thursday
Time: As early as 6am and as late as 7pm.
