Program Design

Assessment
Each participant will begin with an overhead squat assessment to identify likely muscle imbalances and movement dysfunctions that may contribute to injury or limit performance.

Corrective Exercise/Injury Prevention
Corrective exercises will be programmed to activate and strengthen weak muscles. Tight and overused muscles will be stretched and released. Creating a balance between these muscles can help prevent future injuries.

Strength & Conditioning
Participants will learn foundational and Olympic barbell lifts to build strength, power, and overall athletic performance through phased, progressive workouts tailored to their experience and movement ability

This selective training group is limited to just 20 girls who are fully committed to elevating their
athletic performance.
A 6-month commitment is required.Spots are limited—and only those who are ready to put in the work will be selected.

Each athlete will receive a video breakdown of their overhead squat assessment to identify muscle imbalances and correct movement patterns—key for injury prevention and long-term development.

Training takes place twice per week, with individualized programming tailored to each athlete’s sport, goals, strengths, and weaknesses.

Comprehensive nutrition coaching is also included to support overall progress.

All training participants receive access to the training app where personalized workouts, log sets, reps, and training volume, and tracking progress over time.

The app also allows for direct communication with your coach, providing feedback, motivation, and accountability to help you stay consistent and reach your goals.
