On Another Level?
Experience & Education

Measurable Progress
From tracking lifts to movement assessments, we use real data to highlight each athlete’s progress over time. Using the Teambuildr app, athletes can log their workouts, monitor improvements, and set personal goals—all in one place. Whether it’s adding weight to a lift, refining technique, or mastering a new skill, this measurable growth builds motivation, confidence, and a deeper understanding of their
own strength.
Proper Technique
We prioritize learning correct form, lifting mechanics, and foundational movement patterns to build strength safely and efficiently—setting athletes up for long-term success. Proper technique isn’t just about lifting more weight; it’s about moving with control, preventing injury, and maximizing performance. Athletes learn how to brace, breathe, and execute each movement with intention, gaining the confidence to lift with purpose both in and out of the gym.
Female Empowered Space
Girls train in an environment where they feel seen, supported, and strong. This is a space designed for them to lead, lift, and build confidence in a healthy, competitive environment. While we fully support boys in the weight room, this space is intentionally created for girls to learn, grow, and challenge themselves —so they can lift with confidence and community.
Injury Prevention
Using the National Academy of Sports Medicine’s Corrective Exercise approach, athletes are assessed to identify and address muscular imbalances that may lead to injury. Sessions target those areas by strengthening weak muscles, releasing overused muscles, and correcting faulty movement patterns. Through this process, athletes enhance their mobility, establish a solid foundation, and progress safely, ultimately supporting long-term athletic development and performance.
Mental Well Being Development
We focus on building mental strength, resilience, and self-belief through movement—because how you feel matters just as much as how you perform. Strength training teaches perseverance, discipline, and confidence, helping girls push through challenges and celebrate progress. In every session, athletes learn to trust their abilities, embrace discomfort as part of growth, and walk away feeling empowered both physically and mentally.
