Cancellation Policy
Girls High School Summer Weightlifting Camp Policy The Girls High School Summer Weightlifting Camp consists of 11 training sessions, each lasting 1 hour and 15 minutes on the scheduled camp dates. Camp Expectations Participants are expected to arrive by 3:55pm and ready to train. Athletes should wear appropriate athletic clothing and closed-toe athletic shoes. Water bottles are encouraged at every session. Athletes are expected to demonstrate respectful behavior, positive sportsmanship, and follow all coaching instructions to ensure a safe training environment. Attendance Consistent attendance is encouraged to maximize progress and skill development. Please notify the coach in advance if an athlete will miss a session. There are no make-up sessions for missed camp dates. Safety Proper lifting technique and safety procedures will be emphasized at all times. Athletes must use equipment appropriately and only under coach supervision. Registration Camp enrollment is limited to 15 participants to allow for individualized instruction and supervision. Spots are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis upon completed registration/payment. We look forward to helping athletes build strength, confidence, and healthy training habits this summer.
